Established in 1985, Il Pastificio Inc. is a small, family-run pasta and Italian specialties business created by husband and wife team Antonio and Alberta DelloIacono. As Italian immigrants, they migrated to the U.S. with a passion for food and vision of bringing the best pasta products to the Boston area.

 

For over 30 years, Il Pastificio has evolved, focusing on providing the freshest quality products and superior service. Today, the business is run by their daughter, Sandra but the recipes remain the same. 

 

Our product list has grown from just a few types of pasta cuts to a wide variety of cuts and flavors. Even though we are mainly known for our pasta products, we also have a “sweet” section, which includes homemade gelato (ice cream), cookies, cakes and more.
